Signs

Since the games haven't begun yet, I thought I'd post a quick bit about today's travels and sights, so here's a couple...

I understand that some people belive in signs...like when my car broke down on my way back from Indiana only about 2 weeks after I bought it...it was a clear sign that maybe I shouldn't have gone to Indiana that weekend. However, on our way to pick up the rental car this morning we came across this sign:
















Does this mean: don't hit the dog crapping in the road?

Also, why did someone purposefully put a SLIDE on top of their building without a safety net?















Also, we met several Brazilian guys at the car rental place, and we were chatting awile because they also came to watch the world cup. About 10 minutes into the conversation, I look over at one of the guys who has both hands deep in his pants...what was he doing. I see him pull something out, put some money in it, then put it down the front of his pants, zip them up and button them. I figured he wasn't giving himself a tip...then I realized that he had one of the passport wallets that are SUPPOSED to be worn around the neck, but he put his around his waist and put his passport down the front of his pants. At least he gets an A for creativity.
